You need to send the application for the crossing other than via regular border crossing point to the competent institution, i.e. Border Police of the country you exit. The Border Police shall then undertake all the necessary steps so as to make sure you are granted unhindered crossing.

When planning to exit Montenegro other than via regular border crossing points, you should send your request to the competent Border Police Branch Office (contact details given below) and they will get back to you with relevant and timely information. The competent Border Police Office will than provide all the necessary conditions for your unhindered and safe crossing in cooperation with the neighbouring country Border Police Service making sure you get all the necessary information.

The request may be submitted both for group and individual crossing of the state border.

In case you are not certain of the region concerned, you are kindly asked to send your request via the following e-mail addresses: uprava@policija.me or sefkabineta@policija.me

The filled-in form should be accompanied by the scan of your passport and sent either via e-mail or fax message.
